A record for every building.

Each property has a single, dated history: inspections, work orders, vendor scopes, invoices and correspondence. When a roof or site needs a closer look, aerial and thermal documentation from our Geospatial business can be added to the same record. Thermal imaging is a screening tool, and findings are confirmed by a qualified trade.
