Answers Before You Fly
Flight feasibility, conditions, service scope, turnaround and the difference between screening and professional certification.
What areas do you serve?
Service area depends on pilot availability, airspace and site access. Confirm your project location when you request a quote and we will tell you whether it is within range for this engagement.
Do weather and airspace ever delay a flight?
Yes. Wind, precipitation, visibility and controlled-airspace authorization timelines can all affect scheduling. We build reasonable flexibility into project timelines and communicate delays as soon as we know about them.
Is RTK-supported mapping the same as a land survey?
No. RTK-supported photogrammetry improves positional accuracy but is not a substitute for a licensed land survey. Regulated survey deliverables require an appropriately licensed surveying professional.
Does thermal imaging prove there is a leak or an electrical fault?
Thermal imaging is a screening tool that highlights temperature anomalies. It is not conclusive proof of moisture intrusion or electrical failure on its own. Anomalies are flagged for follow-up by the appropriate licensed trade.
How fast is turnaround on deliverables?
Turnaround depends on the scope. A single-site visual pass is typically faster than a full orthomosaic or volumetric survey. We confirm expected turnaround as part of your project scope.
Is the client portal available today?
Not yet. The portal concept shown on the Technology page describes a planned future product. It is not an active, authenticated system today. See the Client Portal overview for details.
